United Ventures Limited ( UVL) was incorporated in Jersey in 2002 and established a team of experts in South Africa operating as United Ventures (Pty) Limited, to service the Southern African market for international trade.

UVL is owned by IFM Trust Limited, which is incorporated and resident in Jersey, Channel Islands. All the Directors of the company are resident in Jersey and are supported by a strong team of finance professionals. The company and its predecessors have been based in Jersey for over 30 years, focusing in particular on trust and company creation and administration.
